By accessing or using Cerberus ("the Software") and any associated services provided by Cerberus Softworks ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License

Upon purchase of a valid license key, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with any third party.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Distribute, share, or resell the Software or your license key
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures
• Use the Software in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, designs, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Cerberus Softworks. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license granted above.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cerberus Softworks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
